Reading Buddies for World Language Week

This week is World Language week and our theme is "Comics Around the World". Today the second grade world language students read different comics and cartoon books to the PreK students. They loved listening to older students read to them and hearing different stories. This was a great time for our students! 

PKN Student Let conferences

We had a great Student Led Conferences in PK. The PK children were proud showing all the work they have done through out the year. The parents were also there to help, they asked their children lots of questions about their presentations. PK parents enjoyed the activities as well. Well done PKN!!! Here are the pictures:

Student-led Conferences for PK-R

For two days, we having student-led conferences here at ACST where the students share their learning with their parents. Our students showed a slideshow of pictures throughout the school year to their parents to show what they are learning. Then they got to do different centers with their parents on math, literacy and art. It was wonderful to watch the students share their learning and to watch the students participate and interact with them. Way to go, students! What a wonderful two days we had here at ACST!
